This second generation of Implantable PTTs was developed after requests from researchers at our 2001 Implantable PTT Conference. In addition to diving birds, the Implantable 26g PTT is also ideal for species where a traditional harness would be restrictive or prohibitive to a bird's typical behavior.

The Implantable 26g PTT is available with an alternative battery configuration to better suit the body types of certain species. Please contact us for details.
