We would appreciate the tags being shipped back to us in the original foam inserts and shipping tubes. Please make sure that you enclose a filled in Declaration of Origin* form. You will find this form included in your instruction packet received with the tag. Otherwise, we are charged duties and taxes on tags returned from outside the USA. We also prefer that you ship back through Federal Express since other carriers (e.g., DHL) charge us about $100 for customs clearance. Should you insist upon shipping through a carrier other than FedEx, we will need to add these charges to your invoice.
